If I post this, I feel more accountable. So here is my Weekly Dinner Menu:
Monday - BBQ ribs in crockpot, scalloped potatoes and steamed artichoke
Tuesday - Veggies and hummus, rice and grilled chicken wraps
Wednesday - Chicken fried rice
Thursday - dinner out with the kids and friends
Friday - pizza night
Saturday - Taco salad, rice, cornbread
Sunday - leftovers (I'm guessing, or we'll go out)
